For nearly twenty years, my work has lived where great cars meet the people who love them. I've spent a career in the automotive world and a lifetime as an enthusiast — drawn, always, to the analogue purity of air-cooled Porsches and the theatre of motorsport.
A few years ago, that passion turned personal. I went looking for a 1990 Carrera 2 Targa in Forest Green Metallic — and discovered the car was only the beginning. Sourcing the right example, inspecting it properly, the restoration, the paperwork, the European logistics: it was a journey, and a complicated one. But standing beside the finished car, on the right road, I understood it wasn't simply ownership. It was an experience — and a rare one.
