These Dealer Account Terms apply to trade accounts with Iron Parts & Services BV and to orders placed through the SimplePart dealer webshop. They are in addition to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Dealer accounts are available to businesses in the automotive trade, including workshops, dealers, fleets and resellers. Accounts are not available to private consumers.
2. Application and approval
Account applications are reviewed and approved by Iron Parts. We may request business details such as company name, VAT number and country, and we may decline or withdraw an application at our discretion.
3. Your account
Dealer sign in and ordering take place in the SimplePart dealer webshop. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
4. Pricing
Competitive pricing shown after sign in is confidential to your account and must not be shared. Recommended retail prices may be shown publicly for reference. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the point of order.
5. Orders, stock and delivery
Orders are processed through SimplePart and are subject to availability and stock. Delivery times are estimates. Order and delivery details are confirmed in the webshop.
6. Payment
Payment, credit and invoicing terms are as agreed with your account and as shown at checkout. Any credit limit is at our discretion.
7. Returns and warranty
Returns are handled according to our returns process. Genuine parts carry the applicable manufacturer warranty. Details are provided with your order and on request.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
